Greg at Harlem management was quick to respond and provide me the info I needed in regards to a current sale I am working on. Many times it can be frustrating dealing with a management company but Greg has been great.

Harlem Property Management is a rare breed for management companies in NYC. They are responsive, attentive, keep their buildings in great condition AND easy to work with. If he does not answer his phone right away, he always returns my calls promptly and graciously answers any questions I might have. It is reassuring to know the building is managed by such a conscientious individual and firm.

Harlem is by far the best management company that I have come across. Armed with an excellent knowledge of building systems, they have the right answer to any question and the right response to any situation. They run annual condo member meetings in an exemplary fashion, giving residents the knowledge they require.
