As an owner of a condominium unit managed by Harlem Property I am so impressed how responsive and available Greg Poverelli is. If he does not answer his phone right away, he always returns my calls promptly and graciously answers any questions I might have. It is reassuring to know the building is managed by such a conscientious individual and firm.

Harlem is by far the best management company that I have come across. Armed with an excellent knowledge of building systems, they have the right answer to any question and the right response to any situation. They run annual condo member meetings in an exemplary fashion, giving residents the knowledge they require.

Being an original shareholder in The Hamilton, I have seen a few management companies come and go. HPM is, by far, the most organized, communicative and helpful. Between major construction details and fixes to small daily problems that pop up as a homeowner, I have found them (Greg) to be there with the help and information needed.
