Harlem Property Management is a NYS Part 36 approved property manager.

What does this mean for you and your condo or Co-op board? It means that when a property goes into receivership, we might be appointed by the Courts and Receivers to manage that building.

Real estate receivers are appointed by the court, and they become the agents with custodial responsibility of any property that acts as collateral for a loan that’s in default or the subject of shareholder litigation. Their job is to appoint a property manager who can take care of those day-to-day operations and logistics.

We are currently a court-appointed property manager in active ongoing cases.
