I am a resident of a building managed by Harlem Property Management. I have had experience dealing with many building management companies over the years and Harlem is by far the best. I don't post this review lightly but enough time has gone by and they have performed with great consistency. They have a rare combination of knowledge/experience AND the energy to address problems as soon as they arise. HPM manages our building in a first class manner and I highly recommend them. Just adding to my earlier review after some time has passed. I still feel that Harlem is by far the best management company that I have come across. Armed with an excellent knowledge of building systems, they have the right answer to any question and the right response to any situation. They run annual condo member meetings in an exemplary fashion, giving residents the knowledge they require. They communicate with residents in a prompt, clear and proactive manner. I highly recommend. This is now my second update to this review but it's justified because our condo had it's annual meeting this past week, which was organized by Harlem Property Managment, Inc. and I again found it exemplary. HPM is very detailed and pro-active and they had good answers to every question asked by the residents.

My window broke in the midst of a huge rainstorm, and it was freezing and water was coming into my apt. Fredo came super late at night to patch up the window to hold me over until repairs could be made….. Curtis came by a few days later and fully repaired the window so it’s better than new! He made several repairs in my apartment and everything turned out perfectly! Everyone was so diligent and fantastic and so easy and friendly! I’m very happy with this entire group!

We just closed on a distressed property—there were roaches, and active leaks from upstairs neighbors and the unit’s toilet. They responded quickly and professionally to our service request. The leaks are gone, the roaches are gone and the toilet has been replaced. Special shout out to Curtis and Fredo. Curtis also fixed a bad light switch that he noticed while there. He is a man of many talents.
